Terry Rose is dedicated to exceeding her customers' expectations and creating trust by delivering real estate services with the highest degree of quality, value, and integrity. Terry brings over ten years of real estate experience that includes commercial, residential, new construction, investment property, land development, vacant land, and custom/production homebuilding.

Terry developed and administered all aspects of sales and marketing for a start-up homebuilding operation (family business). Recruited, trained, and managed four on-site salespeople and an administrative coordinator. Terry was responsible for: pricing and sales promotions; customer contracting and amenity selections; model home merchandising (purchasing and furnishing); radio and print (newspaper and brochure) advertising of homes and amenities; establishing relationships with mortgage companies, realtors, appraisers, and suppliers; setting up all customer service and warranty procedures. Terry and her team exceeded their business plan by selling 35 homes in first full year of operations and 58 homes the second year.

Terry is experienced in listings, contract negotiations, market analysis, 1031 Exchanges, home staging, and implementing successful marketing plans and business plans. In addition, Terry possesses 20+ years of marketing and sales experience with consistently increasing responsibilities in account management, customer needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, marketing development and implementation. Terry has won numerous awards and recognition for her outstanding achievements, dedication, teamwork, innovation, leadership, and quality of service.

Terry has lived in Orlando for close to 25 years after living in other areas of the United States and Europe. Terry received her Bachelors Degree in Business and most recently her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College. Terry is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors and is active in the local community and in her Church. Terry has a special interest in exercise and nutrition and enjoys working out, cycling, beach activities, reading, and eating fabulous seafood.
